Take a Closer Look: Landscape - Sunday 29th September at 11am

As part of our Spanish & Art events, the Take a Closer Look series allow visitors to look closely at art, ask questions, make connections and work together to articulate thoughts and express opinions in Spanish.

On Sunday 29th September 2024, you will be transported to the countryside in this Take a Closer Look session on Landscape Painting, using all your senses to explore and dissect the masterpiece landscapes at the National Gallery.

Expect a fun workshop of quizzes, drawing, and games, all whilst practising your Spanish. Using discussion and inquiry-based exercises, working in pairs and small groups, we will unveil the secrets behind some revelatory views.

Learn vocabulary in Spanish, gain confidence articulating what you see, and discover some fascinating art.
