Did you know that Bartolomé Bermejo was the greatest painter of 15th-century Spain? There are fewer than 20 known works by him and the National Gallery has gathered 7 of these rare works in a unique exhibition.

Join us on Sunday 18th August to discover more about this master of colours and textures, and have glimpse on Spain’s 15th-century fascinating history, from Reconquista to Inquisición.

We’ll meet on Sunday 18th August at 3pm at the National Gallery Getty Entrance (Trafalgar Square). The visit will be led in Spanish by our amazing Spanish teacher and Art Historian, Victoria. All levels of Spanish are welcome. You’ll be provided with a vocabulary list in advance.

Meet us on the first floor of the beautiful, cosy, and traditional pub The Rugby Tavern. The Rugby Tavern is centrally located on 19 Great James St, (London WC1N 3ES), a short walking distance from the tube stations Holborn, Russell Square, or Chancery Lane.

Meet Spanish House London teachers and fellow students, mingle with native speakers from Spain and Latin America, and make new friends with a shared passion for the Spanish language.

Join us whether you're a seasoned Spanish speaker or just starting your language journey. Spanish learners at every stage are welcome to join our Conversation Evenings. When you arrive, our hosts will meet you and guide you to a conversation group that's suited to your Spanish language level.

This is a great opportunity to practice your speaking and listening skills, meet new friends, and enjoy a fun evening in an informal atmosphere.
