“The world is a stage and we are the actors”. So, is there a better way to learn Spanish than through theatre performance?
Join us on Saturday 30th November for a fun, sociable and playful theatre workshop, in which we will:
- work with brief dialogues to learn vocabulary and improve pronunciation
- use fun acting games
- play with improvisation exercises
- put together short scenes
- learn performing techniques applicable to real life situations
You will gain confidence speaking in Spanish in a playful and welcoming environment. Repetition of short dialogues will improve your vocabulary, diction and self-assurance. But most importantly, you will have fun!
This theatre workshop will take place on Saturday 30th November from 11am to 12.30pm at Spanish House London (Clapham North Art Centre, 26-32 Voltaire Rd, SW4 6DH).
The session will be led by Eva Fernandez (Performance Arts Diploma, Escuela de Actores Bululu), with broad experience teaching drama and performing arts to adults and children in Spain and UK.
The workshop will be held in Spanish. All levels from A2 are welcome. No acting experience is required. Booking in advance by clicking here is essential!
Be a fierce pirate, an innocent princess, a silly butler, a bloody gangster, a mad king …. and learn Spanish in the process!
