Six artworks at the Victoria & Albert Museum reveal fascinating stories about the Middle Ages in the Iberian Peninsula. Small and monumental, made of different media and materials, and spanning several regions and centuries, these objects tell us about Spanish pilgrimage routes, Reconquista wars, and culture coexistance.

Join us at 11am on Saturday 22nd June 2024 in the main entrance of the Victoria & Albert Museum (Cromwell Rd, SW7 2RL)

This is a welcoming, fun, and friendly discussion-based tour in which you will put your Spanish into gear.

In a combination between an art history- and a Spanish language class, you will not only learn about art, but you will also be encouraged to be critical and express your own opinions.

Absolutely no knowledge of art is required, just an inquisitive mind and an interest to learn and exchange views.

The session will be run by art historian and native Spanish language teacher at Spanish House London.

The ideal level of Spanish to attend the tour is A2 and above (equivalent to Spanish House London Continuacion courses). You will be provided with a vocabulary list in advance, so that you can familiarise yourself with the words we will use in the tour.
